This is an interesting video. Here in Sherbrooke we do have a center for sexual offenders called CIVAS. It is located downtown but the building is not identified to prevent the population from knowing its function. I believe that it could create frustration among the population anyway, and it would not be safe for the users. They use a very simalar approach at CIVAS. They also work alot on the aknowledgement of the acts and the understanding of emotions.
